Salsa Dip & Chips


  • 6 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper chopped, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime



    Pair the salsa with fresh-made tortilla chips and you'll have a quick and easy snack.

    Tomato Salsa

    Whisk together liquid ingredients and salt. Toss together with the tomatoes, cilantro, peppers and onions to coat well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate flavors.

  2. Cut corn or flour tortillas into triangles and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes until crispy. Use chips to enjoy the dip.
