A ninth generation West Virginian, John A. Proctor, Esq. is a Huntington native with both a B.A and an M.A. in History from Marshall University and his Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law. An experienced trial lawyer with an emphasis in family law, criminal defense and civil litigation matters, including personal injury, Mr. Proctor is also a graduate of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia.
