Meet Mayor Steve Williams  

Steve Williams is a 1974 graduate of Huntington High School. He earned a BA in Political Science with Cum Laude honors from Marshall University in 1978 and a Master's of Public Administration from West Virginia University in 1980.
 
Political Background
 
Steve has served as an at-large Huntington City Councilman since 2009. He began serving Huntington in 1984 as the city's Director of Economic Development and later served as City Manager from 1984 to 1985. Steve also represented Cabell and Wayne Counties in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1987 to 1994.
 
Civic Leadership
 
Steve has also had many leadership roles with organizations in the Huntington community.

Directions

From I-64, take Exit 8 (5th Street Exit) of Huntington, WV. Turn onto the I-64 Westbound access road. Travel one block and turn right onto Johnstown Road. Follow Johnstown Road about a mile until you come to a stop sign. At the sign, turn left and go across the bridge onto Harvey Road. Follow it 1.7 miles to the marked entrance to Heritage Farm Museum and Village.
